Per daily dose (1 scoop):
Hydrolyzed collagen (10 g), MSM (250 mg), Magnesium (100 mg), Vitamin C (40 mg), Hyaluronic acid (25 mg), Tabashir Bamboo Dry Extract titrated to 75% in silicon (21.7 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.7 mg), Vitamin B1 (0.55 mg), Vitamin B2 (0.70 mg), Vitamin D3 (5 μg).

1. Take 1 level scoop of Collagen Complete daily.
2. Dissolve the scoop in 250ml of water, juice or another preferred liquid.

For dissolving the product, follow these steps:

1. Put 1 scoop of Collagen Complete in a glass.
2. Add a small amount of liquid and stir thoroughly until a creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Gradually add water while stirring until the glass is full.
