    Return & Refund Policy

    Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date for a refund. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Delivery charges for returning the products, if it is not due to faulty, damaged expired or incorrect products, are to be paid by customer.

    At Smart Pharma, we strive to make the return and exchange process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

    We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for any products you have purchased, as long as they are still in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us the details of the order(s) you wish to return to “”the provided email address””. We will then arrange for the return and send you a confirmation email.

    Please note that shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable unless it is our mistake.

    For returns, Smart Pharma will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return request, we will arrange for one of our courier partners to collect the item(s) from you.

    For exchanges, once our team has received and inspected your returned item(s) and ensured that they meet our exchange policy guidelines, you will receive an email from us confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, your exchanged item(s) will be processed and dispatched to you. If rejected, we will send your item(s) back to you and provide an explanation for the rejection in an email.

    Please note that a 15 AED charge is applicable for exchange requests, unless it is our mistake.

    For refunds, once our team has received and inspected your returned item(s) and ensured that they meet our refund policy guidelines, you will receive an email from us confirming the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, you will receive your refund as store credits or to your credit card refund will be issued to your credit card account within 7-14 working days. For cash on delivery orders, only store credits will be issued.

    If you have not received a refund to your credit card, please check with your bank or credit card company as it can take up to 10-20 business days for the refund to be processed and transferred to your account. If you have already done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at the provided address for further assistance.
