Inside UAE: 15 AED for Orders < 150 AED Free for Orders > 150 AED
Gulf Countries: 150 AED.
Other Countries: 250 AED

Inside UAE: 1-3 working days
Gulf Countries: 3-5 working days
Other Countries: 7-10 working days
Delivery of the Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In the event of tampering and / or breakage, the user must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery using the document received from the courier or other operator and adding the writing “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the motivation).
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who carried out the shipment.
